Adobe Acrobat: Prompting For Sign-In
Description: When opening Adobe Acrobat you see a prompt to sign into an account that looks like this.

Resolution:
- In the Email address field, enter your firm email address and click Continue.
- There will then be a prompt to login through Single Sign-On. This will again be your firm email address and your network password (the same password you login to your computer with).
- You may receive a push notification in your Authenticator app on your mobile device to verify it is you logging into your account.
- Another prompt may appear on your computer from Microsoft asking if you trust this site, acknowledge you do trust this site to complete the login.
