Adobe Acrobat: Prompting For Sign-In

Description: When opening Adobe Acrobat you see a prompt to sign into an account that looks like this.

Resolution:

In the Email address field, enter your firm email address and click Continue.
There will then be a prompt to login through Single Sign-On. This will again be your firm email address and your network password (the same password you login to your computer with).
You may receive a push notification in your Authenticator app on your mobile device to verify it is you logging into your account.
Another prompt may appear on your computer from Microsoft asking if you trust this site, acknowledge you do trust this site to complete the login.
