Engagement Manager: Double-Clicking Document Opens In Read-Only In Browser
Issue:
Engagement Manager is opening documents only in web browser and they are read-only.
Solution:
- At the top right corner of the page in Engagement Manager click on the user icon and then Preferences.

In the Display Options tab, scroll to the bottom of that menu and uncheck the box for the option "Double-click a workpaper to open in View mode".
- Click Save.
- Double-click a document to confirm it opens correctly.

If this doesn't work, check to make sure the GoFileRoom and Engagement Manager plugins are installed in Excel/Word. Do this by opening Excel and Word and confirm in the menu bar you see GoFileRoom and Engagement Manager.
